Homeowners Insurance Rate Increase

A change that will affect many homeowners, Farmers Insurance has filed for a 3.9% increase in Homeowner Insurance rates. The rate increase will go into effect in March 2011.  The rate increases effect homeowners with a Texas Family Home Policy or the Farmers Next Generation Homeowners Policy.
