We were not crazy enough to wait 3 hours for a burger though (thats what it was in Frisco for 2 days). Instead, we went at 10:30 am, which I realize is crazy, but we justified it by skipping breakfast. Total wait time was about 30 minutes from standing in line to eating our food. Overall it was a good experience.

On the other hand, it was a great opporuntiy to eat ANY where else becuase everyone was in line at In N Out.

If there are any credit issues or question about what the buyer can afford, its better to know BEFORE the buyer finds the dream home. Get the issues resolved and then place an offer with confidence and a pre-approval letter.
